Background and experience
With over 15 years experience as a business owner and more than 25 in digital retail and ecommerce, I have extensive knowledge of customer experience, data tracking and digital marketing. My background includes developing one of the first Flu databases for the visiting nurse association. However, my true passion lies in improving customer experiences and driving traffic to brick-and-mortar locations through digital channels. I leveraged this expertise by building multiple successful ecommerce businesses before being recruited into the jewelry industry. My digital marketing and ecommerce focus enable me to contribute in my role at Hill & Co.

Personal Information
Based in Rhode Island, home to a once-thriving jewelry manufacturing industry, I stay active outdoors with paddle boarding, jogging and walking dogs. Travel is a passion - exploring new cultures, cuisines and craft cocktails. Major achievements include qualifying for the Boston Marathon and hiking Machu Picchu. Most of all, I value spending time with my family and friends, continually learning, and giving back to my community through volunteering.
I approach life with curiosity, perseverance and gratitude. These qualities enable me to thrive professionally while maintaining balance.
