Aside from my MSc and MBA in Marketing, I have over 18 years of experience in strategy and business transformation.

I have helped 50+ businesses to restructure, gain clarity on their audiences, confidently increase their pricing, and scale up their businesses to seven-figures and beyond. I have encountered and overcome countless challenges across sectors and global markets.

My ability to listen empathetically and understand people’s needs, then transform this into a clear direction for growth has been developed through engaging with a variety of businesses and industries from HR to pharmaceuticals and now diamond, jewelry and gemstone.

In 2020 I teamed up with EIIe Hill to help lead Hill & Co. on a path of continuous growth and success. Together, we shape the direction and long-term vision of the company, ensuring the highest level of service for our valued clients. As the Chief Growth Strategist my role is to oversee, guide, and ensure the long-term growth of the company whilst empowering our client-facing team to focus on their core strengths and serve our industry.
