Andrea Lucille Pooler has more than 20 years’ experience working in the jewelry industry. Andrea graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Jewelry and Light metals in 1999. After graduation, Andrea worked for several jewelry designers in New York City including The Monet Group, Maija Neimanis, and 10,000 Things before starting her own business Andrea Lucille Designs in 2000. Andrea’s lifetime of influences from various art forms and inspiration developed into numerous design concepts and collections throughout her career. Andrea designed her jewelry with the wearer in mind and created art pieces that were original and identifiable without compromising her artistic beliefs. Some of her clients included an opera singer, a pop star, and heads from fortune 500 companies. She won numerous awards and competitions throughout her career and traveled globally to attend shows and exhibitions, as well as running a jewelry store in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn, NY.
Andrea received a scholarship to complete her Graduate Gemologist degree at The Gemological Institute of America in 2015. During this time, she decided to change career paths. Andrea moved into corporate America and worked for several high- growth global jewelry companies over the past 7 years. Andrea is now working towards her MBA from the University of North Alabama and is volunteer at the WJA (Women’s jewelry association) working with the mentorship committee. Her expertise includes business operations, manufacturing processes, team management, customer service, client relations, product development, and HR.

Having worked 12 years across B2C and B2B, her experience ranges from gemological labs to merchandising and design. She has held key merchandising, buying and digital product roles at some of the largest and most revered jewellers in the industry, from Ben Bridge to Blue Nile.
For more than 30 years, Pamela has helped companies in the jewellery industry achieve efficient growth. She’s our resident expert in all areas of operations, from financials and retail network management to HR and training. Her successes include contributing to the famous growth of Fortunoff, one of the North East’s most successful independent jewellery businesses.
She also oversaw North American operations and spearheaded digital marketing at award-winning online designer jewelry retailer, Plukka – creating efficiencies that dropped dollars directly down to the bottom line.
Stanley Zale has over 40 years’ experience in the Diamond business. He began learning diamonds as a teenager at the old Zale NY office @ 450 W 33rd St. First as a sawyer, from where he learned how to plan rough diamonds.
He spent several years working in, and then leading, Zale’s rough diamond buying, cutting and production operation in the days when they were a DTC Sightholder.
He then spent nearly a decade working for legendary Diamantaire Louis Glick before moving on to his most recent position as Vice President Diamond and Gemstones for Stuller.
Stanley currently serves on the boards of the Jewelers Security Alliance and the Diamond Manufacturers and Importers Association and had previously been a member of the Executive Board of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee. He is a member of the 24 Karat Club of New York and the 24 Karat Club Southeast US.
Besides learning so much from his Grandfather, MB Zale, Stanley considers himself very fortunate to be able to count Louis Glick and Matt Stuller as the strongest influences and teachers in his career.
