With over 25 years of experience in the diamond, gemstone and jewelry industry, Elle has amassed an unparalleled array of international business strategy & management expertise, omnichannel marketing savvy and a stable of A list clients served by her and her team of industry experts. Elle has:
- Launched her own international award-winning omnichannel designer jewelry retailer in 2011 which she brought public with a $10M IPO on the Australian Stock exchange in under four years.
- Overhauled the business model of double DTC site holder Dalumi Diamond’s multi-million-dollar jewelry company, making it profitable, in 2010.
- Opened the European market while she grew cornerstone USA businesses – five of the top 10 retailers – as Vice President of mass-market jewelry manufacturers (Fabrikant $500M, Andin $250M).
From rebooting a legacy business to launching a new one by identifying exactly where the focus is required to see rapid results, Elle moves businesses from zero to market swiftly and increases profit innovatively for pre-revenue to $1B+ revenue businesses.

Pamela has excelled in creating operational efficiencies and growing companies over her 28 years in the jewelry industry.
Pam contributed to the famous growth of one of the most successful independent jewelry retailers in the North East, Fortunoff. From the buying department, overseeing product selection and order fulfilment, to creating elevated exceptional customer service on the sales floor, and ultimately as the Vice General Manager.
Later, she leveraged her experience and valuable connections as the Head of the North American market for award-winning disruptive jewelry eCommerce-cum-omnichannel designer jewelry retailer, Plukka. In addition to spearheading digital advertising and community building, as the de facto COO, she was responsible for creating all the standard operating procedures for dealing with suppliers and end consumers, creating efficiencies that dropped dollars directly down to the bottom line.

Working remotely via video and teleconferencing, Hill & Co. will not only advise, create a strategy, assess opportunity, but also work alongside your team to put the infrastructure in place for the strategy we develop for your business.
