They had exhibited at several trade shows and had a rudimentary website. However, the venture was failing to attract buyers, and needed broad assistance.
We reviewed their entire business, and created an overarching growth strategy. Starting with the most critical parts – their digital marketing – we overhauled the website, taught staff to do effective social media and online marketing, and revamped their trade show presence, collateral materials, and business plan. We identified potential clients, and taught them how to do the same, and how to cultivate, acquire, and retain clients. At the end of the project, this company was on strong, solid footing to follow the growth strategy map we created together, and continues to thrive now.
